Keto Cherry Cheesecake Fluff
Best of all this Keto cherry cheesecake fluff can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. You don’t even have to wait hours for it to chill either before you can serve.
You can go from making to serving in about fifteen minutes! Unless you want to be ice cold then you can chill before serving.
However, I have found it tastes just fine just after you make it.
This recipe makes about six servings. You do have to store it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
As for the carbs in this recipe, it works out to be about 7.33g carbs per serving. Each serving is about 25.33 grams of fat.
If you are looking to cut down the fat a little you can use an 8 oz tub of frozen whipped topping in place of the heavy whipping cream. But if you do this it will slightly raise the carbs.

How To Make This Keto Fluff:
In a stand mixer or large bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft.
Heat half cup of water in the microwave until boiling. Takes about 1 minute 15 seconds. Then remove from microwave and dump the jello packet into the water.
Mix well with a fork until it is fully dissolved.
In another bowl beat heaving whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks and looks like whipped cream.
Not slowly add the jello mix to the cream cheese a little at a time until you have the two fully blended.
Now add in the whipped cream to the mixture making sure it is all fully mixed. Then stir in the chopped cherries.
Pour into a container or serving dishes and store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a fresh cherry if you want to dress it up.
Just be mindful that anything you add will add to the carbs as the figures above are just for the fluff on its own.

- 1/2 Cup Water
- 8 oz Cream Cheese room temp
- 1 Box Sugar-Free Cherry Gelatin 0.30 oz
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 10 Fresh Cherries diced
Instructions

Notes
If you are not worried about raising the carbs a little more and lowering the fat slightly, you can use a 8 oz tub of whipped topping in place of the heavy cream if you want.
