10 Craft Ideas To Do With Aladdin & Jasmine Coloring Pages

Aladdin and Jasmine are famous for their magical journeys, and it’s not surprising that youngsters love coloring them.

Below are 10 fun, inexpensive, and creative crafts to do with those finished pages.

1. A Two-Sided Desktop Decoration

Give the child an empty paper towel cardboard for this unique craft, cut down to about two-thirds.

Once Aladdin and Jasmine are colored, they should be cut from the pages and sealed in glassine, with the extra material trimmed away.

The cardboard should be wrapped in colorful tissue paper, Aladdin glued to one side and Jasmine to the other.

This pretty ornament can be used to decorate a bureau, desktop, or anything the child desires.

2. Make Unique Salt and Pepper Shakers

Virtually all discount stores sell salt and pepper shakers for less than a few dollars. These can be used to make an adorable craft.

When Aladdin and Jasmine are colored and cut from the page, the cutouts should be glued to the salt and pepper shakers with craft glue or rubber cement.

Tiny craft pom-poms can be glued in a row around the bottom of the shakers, and colorful yarn tied at the top to complete this fun ensemble.

This craft makes a great gift for a Disney fan!

3. Give Aladdin and Jasmine Their Own Magic Carpet

For this fun craft, begin with a rectangular-shaped piece of white poster board, which the youngster can decorate like a magic carpet.

Aladdin and Jasmine should be colored, glued to cardboard, and cut from the page with a small tab of extra cardboard left at the bottom.

Cut two slits into the “magic carpet” through which the cardboard attachments can be threaded.

The string can then be attached to either end of the carpet so it can be hung in the air!

4. Wishes Come True

For this fun classroom activity, give each student a piece of construction paper and their coloring page.

When the page is finished, it should be glued to the construction paper with invisible glue.

Glitter and puffy paint can be used to embellish the page.

On the construction paper side, “Dreams Come True” should be written at the top, under which the youngsters can write what they’d wish for if they had Alladin’s lamp.

5. A Unique Game Craft

This craft begins with drawing a tiny Aladdin’s lamp on an ordinary paper plate’s outer perimeter, positioned like a number on a clock.

Next, a circle with a triangular window cut somewhere on its outer circumference is placed over the paper plate.

Aladdin and Jasmine should be colored, cut out, and glued to the center, and Aladdin’s lamp will eventually show through the window as the circle is turned.

It can be used in any game where children take turns guessing answers correctly to see if they can uncover the lamp.

6. A Unique Treasure Box

This craft starts with a small treasure box from any discount store, or the child can make one from one of many easy templates.

Once Aladdin and Jasmine are colored and cut from the page, they should be folded like fans vertically.

The bases should be glued to the bottom of the treasure box and the top fringes to its inner lid.

When the treasure box is opened, Aladdin and Jasmine unfold and appear as if they are standing up from within the box!

7. A Classroom Craft

To make a fun classroom mural, begin with a group project, where the youngsters use a giant piece of poster board to create a magic carpet.

They can embellish this in any way they like, using glitter, craft gems, finger paints, or pom-poms.

When it’s complete, it can be hung up as artwork, and the youngsters can add their cutouts from the Aladdin and Jasmine coloring pages.

These can be placed on the carpet randomly, or the youngsters can devise a specific design. Either way, it’s loads of fun!

8. Design a Magic Lamp

Any old cream pitcher or teapot will do for this craft. Once the youngster has colored and cut out Aladdin and Jasmine, the cutouts can be glued to the vessel.

A few coats of acrylic spray should be added to seal the artwork.

Next, a medium-sized white candle can be placed inside the ensemble, and a tea light glued to its top.

Now the youngster has his or her own Aladdin’s lamp, and you don’t have to worry about a real flame!

9. Aladdin and Jasmine Balcony Craft

This craft begins with a small square of poster board as the backdrop for this famous movie scene.

A balcony can then be created with a simple piece of construction paper, curved in an arc.

When Aladdin and Jasmine are colored and cut from the page, Jasmine can be glued to the posterboard behind the “balcony.”

A piece of thread can be used to attach Aladdin underneath, making it appear as if he is flying up to the balcony.

10.Make a Fancy Fan

Have the youngster glue the finished Aladdin and Jasmine coloring page to a piece of construction paper in his or her favorite color.

Fold the page vertically into a fan, pinch off the last inch, and seal it with tape. When the bottom inch is fanned out, it creates a base that allows the fan to stand upright.

The youngster can add tiny pom-poms, craft gems, and glitter to the fan to create a fancy ornament and a fan that can actually be used!
